While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

is by far the most effective therapy, we tailor our treatments to meet the individual needs of our clients by using an eclectic blend of the theories and models that will work best for them. These include CBT, humanistic therapy, existential therapy, motivational interviewing, bibliotherapy, and guided imagery. In addition, we work with our client’s physicians or psychiatrists to make sure that any medications are accurately prescribed and in proper doses. Our belief is that one can work in therapy without medication, but one should NEVER use medication without therapy.
